Approved Installer number: 5296 This means we can apply for a grants on your behalf to reduce the cost of installing EV chargers at your home or business. 

Similar grants are available for businesses through the ‘Workplace Charging Scheme’. 

The Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme is a grant that provides a 75% contribution to the cost of one ChargePoint and its installation. A grant cap is set at £350 (including VAT) per installation. The main requirement is that a person owns, leases, or has ordered a qualifying vehicle and has dedicated off-street parking at their property. A person may apply for 2 ChargePoint’s at the same property if they have 2 qualifying vehicles. 
The Workplace Charging Scheme is a voucher-based scheme designed to provide eligible applicants with support towards the upfront costs of the purchase and installation of EV ChargePoint’s. The contribution is limited to the 75% of purchase and installation costs, up to a maximum of £350 for each socket, up to a maximum of 40 across all sites for each applicant.

Available in a universal socketed or tethered model – with the tethered model coming in both Type 1 and Type 2 cabled variants. Type 1 comes with a 4.8m cable and Type 2 a 7.5m cable. 
The Solo 3 is available in a variety of charging speeds. The 7kW single phase charger is the most popular for domestic properties. A 22kW charger is available for customers with a three phase electrical supply. 
Incorporates PEN fault protection negating the need for an earth rod. 
The Solo 3 can take more accidental bumps and bruises with its new polycarbonate enclosure.

Tethered Solo 3 dimensions: 290 x 330 x 112mm 
When connected to Wi-Fi, the Solo 3 gets automatic software updates over-the-air. This will ensure your charge point has the latest software version for optimum performance.

*Automatic power balancing adjusts the rate of charge to avoid overloading your electrical supply when your home is using a lot of energy. 
Comes with a 3 year warranty, with the option to extend to 5 years.
